Description for Item # 397542266
This auction is for a used Smith & Wesson model 10-6 in .38 special. It is blue with a 4 inch barrel. The serial number is D8218XX. The gun appears to be in very good condition with the usual rubs and scratches found on used guns. There is some holster wear on the sides of the muzzle as you can see in the photos. I believe the photos accurately depict the gun’s condition. Please look at the photos and judge the condition for yourself. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have. If you would like to see the original photos in high res, I can e-mail them to you. Please look at the photos and read the “Fine Print” before bidding. This gun is from the collection of a retired professor who is starting to liquidate some of his guns. This gun is not legal for sale in California. The Fine Print
BIDS: By bidding in this auction you acknowledge that it is legal for you buy and own this gun where you live and that you have read, understand and agree with the following terms and conditions. You must read the entire description and ask all questions before bidding. Do not bid if there is something you do not understand or if you do not agree. Once a bid has been made, it cannot be retracted for any reason. GunBroker does not have a system for either you or us to remove any bids. You are obligated to complete the purchase on any items you have the winning bid. We do not end auctions early or do any dealing under the table. All transactions will go through GunBroker.
PAYMENT: We accept cashier’s checks, money orders and personal/company checks. Shipment will be delayed 14 days for personal/company checks to clear. We do not accept credit cards or PayPal. Your payment and dealer’s FFL must arrive within 10 days of the end of the auction. Please include the GunBroker item number, your name & address, telephone numbers and E-Mail address. Also include your FFL’s name if the FFL is being sent separately. If we have not received payment within 10 days, we will proceed as if you are a non-paying bidder.
RETURNS: We only accept returns when notified within the three (3) day “no fire” inspection period. The item must be returned unused, unfired, and in the same condition as our records & photos indicate it was shipped. If it was damaged in shipping, you must file an insurance claim with the carrier. Firearms must be returned from the dealer we shipped to. This refund will be less the GunBroker listing and final valuation fees from the auction and a 10% restocking fee.
LEGAL NOTICE: It is solely your responsibility to verify the legality of this firearm in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure, ask your local FFL dealer. Buyer is also responsible for any and all fees associated with this auction (listing fees, shipping, etc.) if the gun is returned or not shipped for any reason.
