Taurus Judge – 410 Gauge/.45 – NIB!:

The “Taurus Judge® ” is so named because of the number of judges who carry it into the courtroom for their protection. Capable of chambering both .410 2-1/2″ shotshell and .45 Colt Ammunition, this amazing combo gun is ideal for short distances – where most altercations occur, or longer distances with the .45 Colt ammo. We have finely tuned the rifling to spread the shot pattern at close quarters or to guide the .45 cal. bullet to the target. Fully customized with fixed rear sights, fiber optic front sights and Taurus Ribber Grips®, the “Taurus Judge” is one decision-maker that lays down the law.

T2 – Trade-up/Trade-in Program

Here is how it works:

Purchase a new or used firearm from Shepherd Arms.

Trade the previously purchased firearm back in to Shepherd Arms when

you are ready for a new firearm. We can even email you a pre-paid

shipping label for return shipping. The cost of return shipping is

simply deducted from the trade in credit.

To determine the value of the firearm and the corresponding dollar

amount of the trade-in credit, Shepherd Arms uses two tools. First, the

firearm is graded according to the NRA Gun Condition Rating Standards1

(detailed below). In the chart below you will see the grading level and

the corresponding trade-in percentage you will receive. The actual

dollar value of the firearm is calculated using our Current Market Value

(CMV) calculation methodology. We use two sources of public data that

you yourself can access; actual selling prices for the same firearm on

Gunbroker for the prior six months and valuations provided by the Blue

Book of Gun Values.

The

value assessed for the firearm at the time of trade-in is applied

toward your new purchase. You do not have to purchase a more expensive

firearm. The credit may be applied toward accessories and ammunition,

when the value of the trade-in is greater than the newly purchased

firearm.

Here is how it works:

The firearm must have been purchased previously from Shepherd Arms.

The firearm must be in functioning, operable condition at the time of trade-in.

The firearm must be legally able to be possessed according to current laws.

Grading

level determination is made by Shepherd Arms staff upon receipt of the

firearm. You may send advance pictures for an estimate of the grading

level. Upon receipt, after inspection you will be notified of the actual

dollar amount applied to the trade-in value. Should you decide not to

trade-in, Shepherd Arms does consign firearms. On consignment you

receive 80% of the selling value, minus the cost of shipping (if any) to

the new buyer. Our transfer and storage fees are included.
