This is a NEW Diamondback DB380EX. These models are the smallest and lightest conceal and carry guns on the market. Great workmanship and design, and they are often referred to as a “Baby-Glock’ because of their similar design.
I do my best to describe guns accurately and honestly, and I want you to be pleased with your purchase. All firearms, new and used, are sold “as is”, so PLEASE ask any questions prior to bidding. If I can’t answer the phone, please leave your name and phone number and I will do our best to return your call as quickly as possible.
YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT. If you are the winning bidder you are responsible for payment. Because of the number of fraudulent bank/teller checks that are becoming fairly common in on-line transactions, I ONLY ACCEPT USPS MONEY ORDERS (no bank checks, personal checks, or charges). If you have bought from me before, and we had a smooth transaction, I may be willing to accept a personal check. In these cases, I will mail your purchase after your check has been honored by your bank. This will delay shipping by approximately 7-10 days. I will only ship to a FFL of your choice upon receiving a signed copy of your selected FFL’s license via email or by mail. Shipping will occur after your payment has been honored and your FFL’s license copy has been received and has been verified. Unfortunately, there have been instances of buyers switching or removing parts, and then trying to return the gun. So I will not accept returns. As my feedback shows, I am totally up front with everything known. I will provide clear and thorough communication and do everything reasonable to be helpful. I have never had a single issue with anyone and really try to make sure that there never is. The no return policy has not been a concern for them because they have all been extremely satisfied with their purchases; in large part to my commitment to timely and complete communication.

You’re good people, you just live in states that are governed by people who serve their own and special interests and not the interest of the people they should be accountable to. If you don’t like what they are doing…get involved and work to remove them from office. It is supposed to be government for the people, not government to suppress and oppress the people.
