We operate a full time gun shop which means that every auction item is for sale in our store. We make every effort to pull an item after it receives a qualifying bid. On rare occasions an auction item may be sold in store before we are able to pull it. If that happens we will notify you immediately.

Shipping of firearms must be to a licensed FFL holder.

Buyer is responsible for contacting a receiving FFL dealer and sending a signed copy of the FFL license via email or fax to us.

Please include your name, auction number and item information along with the FFL dealer information.

All non-firearm items will ship directly to buyer.

Any items that are being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will require additional cost for shipping.

Most items will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment and the FFL information if applicable.

We ship only during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 9-6 MST.

Payments:

Payment is due within 7 days of conclusion of auction. We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, or credit cards. If paying with credit card, please use the built in GunBroker check-out system to make the transaction flow smoothly. For Credit Card sales add 3%.

Make all cahier’s checks out to Omni Arms.

A winning bid or buy it now purchase binds the purchaser to that item. Buyers who cancel or change their order will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

All new firearms are warranted by the factory. Used guns are described to the best of our ability. We do not test fire guns. It is recommended that all used guns be looked at by a qualified gunsmith prior to firing.
