Shipping is by UPS and only in the Contiguous U.S. with the exception of California, Connecticut, and New York (no California, Connecticut, or New York sales). No international shipping. Not for sale where prohibited. Orders shipped upon receipt of payment and FFL info. A tracking number or confirmation number can be provided by e-mail upon shipment, if requested.

$35 for Handguns overnight.

$35 for Long Guns ground.

Multiple items shipped together receive only one shipping charge.

All used items are sold “as is” and no warranties are given or implied. No refunds on firearms if transferred. Inspect the weapon at the dealer! Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Product photos are of the actual item. The firearm may be covered by its original manufacturer’s warranty. If so, any such warranty claim must be directed to the manufacturer.

Buyer’s Responsibility

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the firearm is LEGAL to own in the Buyer’s jurisdiction (i.e. city, state, county).

Buyer is responsible for any transfer fee that may be applicable.

Firearms are shipped to FFL dealers ONLY (no curio or relic dealers). Buyer is responsible for locating a duly authorized FFL for shipment. We will not ship until we receive a signed legible copy of the dealer’s FFL via fax, mail or email. Should we determine, at our sole discretion, that the FFL dealer you choose is inadequate you must locate another FFL for shipment.

Buyer should have a certified gunsmith inspect the firearm prior to its use.

Buyer is subject to all applicable background checks and screening processes required by law and used by the FFL dealer to which the firearm is shipped. No refund will be issued should Buyer fail to qualify.

As a precondition of participating in this auction, Buyer agrees to release seller, Texas EZPAWN L.P., and any of its affiliates, from all liability, whether criminal or civil, arising from the purchase, ownership, possession, use or misuse of this item.
